I've just upgraded to Full Fibre 900 with Halo 3 and am apparently eligible for 12 months of xbox game pass ultimate, however when I try to click the 'Add Now' button under the Content Partner section of My BT, I get the following error message:
"We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2."
I have attempted to call through on this line but it disconnects.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you're having issues activating the Game Pass. Have you tried ringing that number?

Same issue here. Been trying for a week, always 'maintenance'. The phone number does not connect.
Is there another way I can activate the Game Pass offer please?
