Really need help, I am unable to cancel my bt sport monthly pass as it says my first payment hasn’t gone through. It also says that bt have credited me £25 which I’d assume is what i tried to pay with back in February when I first bought it. It says to try again later and that first payments usually take 24 hour as it’s now March 15th I’d say 24 hours have definitely passed since February 22nd.
I would really appreciate any help as I would like to avoid paying the £29.99 it’s going to charge me in my next bill.
