Cannot claim reward card..?

Hi, I recently signed up to BT Full Fibre. The service goes live on 24th May.

However, I’ve received my link to claim the free £50 reward card which says it can be claimed as soon as I receive the order confirmation. When I click the link, it takes me through to my account homepage but with no reference anywhere to the reward card. Any assistance. Greatly appreciated..!

I’m now getting reminder emails to claim the card too! Of which the links still don’t work?

You need to wait until 14 days after your service has been activated, so you are outside of the cooling off period.

The 24th May is a long time to wait?

That’s where I’m confused. All the messages say “on receiving your order confirmation email” which I’ve had, not from the go-live date. They keep sending reminders too because I haven’t claimed it!

The only reason the go live date is 24th May, is because that’s when our existing contract ends.
