I cannot access my account through the email to claim my BT reward card,
I have my new account# and an old account#
when I sign in to the new account the next screen is blank with only BT header and footer showing.
If anyone can help thanks you
Thank you for posting. I'm sorry your haven't been able to claim your BT Reward Card. If you send me your details, I'll be able to get that old account removed.
