It would be appreciated if any Moderator can help:
When I tried to login MyBT to view the bill, I kept receiving this error as below screenshot. I don't have any EE product. My bill should be ready as I received a payment due message, but I cannot view the bill online. Please could you help investigate and advise?
Secondly, I've just upgarded my boardband to Full Fibre 900 for 24 months effective from 05/07/2024. The monthly charge of this upgrade is £49.99.
Three weeks later today, however, I notice that the current price for the Full Fibre 900 is only £44.99. I am surprised to see the price has decreased by £5 and wondering if there's any "price promise" terms : you won't pay more than a new customer if you just ordered your product recently.
I compared the package of mine and the current one with £44.99, all the same.
It would be much appreciated if any of the BT team can PM and discuss the price of my recent order.

Did you ever receive any help? I have downloaded the my bt app and still can’t see my bill even though I receive an email every month telling me I can view it online.
