I cannot get access to the my bills page on mybt.
I can login to my email fine, I can also apparently get into mybt by clicking on the mybt tab at the top of the emails page, this takes me to a login screen which I pass and then shows the manage email addresses page. However when I then hover over "MyBT" and select view bills, it takes me back to a login page which then tells me i entered incorrect details.
I havent entered incorrect details, it is the same password as always which is saved on my google chrome and working on the email and initial mybt login. I also checked it against my records of the password. Whats going on I need access to my bills 😞
