Cannot view online product

Hi, I have an active broadband package which I cannot view bills for online. I have 3 account numbers linked to my account. One of them says 'SERVICE_USER'. Another says 'Closed Account'. When I select the correct account and return to my homepage, it changes to 'Account 1' and says I do not have any active products? I seem to be stuck in a loop. If someone could get back to me me on here that would be great. Thanks, Ash

@AshCann4 I'm really sorry about that. We might be best deleting the BT ID to allow you to start again. I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with your details.
