Hello.
Please could you help me? I set up an account via the BT app on placing an order for home broadband. There were some issues and I had to replace the order. I now have multiple accounts associated with my email, one for my original (now cancelled) order, one for my current account and a third (not sure what this one is). I can get the details of my current account by clicking on "Your Details" / "Account". This then shows 3 accounts on the Drop down: my cancelled one, my current one and the third one. But this is a hassle to do every time and there are some occasions when I log in and can only see the cancelled account.
Please could you advise how I can delete the multiple accounts so it’s just the current one I can access?
