I have BT Full Fibre, and BT Mobile but haave removed my landline.
I can’t change my Mobile tariff, and keep the discount, as the website asks for a landline number to check that I have BT Broadband. How do you bypass this?
Hi @GarethW, sorry you can't change your mobile plan online. Call us on 0330 1234 150 and speak with the Mobile team and they'll be able to arrange the change for you.
