I need to change the Account Holder as I moved out of the house and the person using the Broadband is not me anymore.
How do I move the ownership of the Account to this person?
This person doesn't speak a Fluent English so I may have to make any call or communication regarding the change of the ownership of the Account.
At the moment the only thing I managed to do is to invite this persin to be the Account Manager.

You can not change ownership of the account.
You will need to cancel the account and the other person will need to take out a new account in their name.
If you cancel while still in contract you will be liable for cancellation fees.

Its not possible to change the name of the account holder.
The existing account holder would need to cancel their contract, and a new contract would then need to be started by the new account holder.
In your case, you would need to cancel your contract, and they would need to start a new contract in their name.
