Changing Title
I have spent the last 4 months asking BT to change the title on my bills from Miss to Mrs, something which they seem incapable of doing.
My title has been updated online but the paper bills show the wrong title.
BT seem incapable of correcting this error.
How do I get them to change my title on my bills?

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.
The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help.

Hopefully, one of the forum moderators can help. I've phoned bt about 4 times and each time they told me it has been resolved. Then the next bill is produced to find it has not been resolved. I'm honestly fed up talking to them and don't want to phone them again.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I'm having exactly the same issue, my title on my account is 'Ms', on my bills it's 'Mrs' - I've made repeated calls and been told it will be corrected on my next bill, but it's still incorrect - it's ridiculous..

I've had the same experience, it's such a basic thing that BT are apparently unable to resolve - beyond frustrating..

try contacting billing using message now and see if they can help you.
I would add that what appears to be a simple change is a change to account holder details which for security reasons is not just a simple change. hopefully billing will help
