They where given all the legal paperwork to change my name and title but they did it wrong. And it's still not been updated correctly, over a year later.

I've phoned BT 5 times over 2 years trying to get my title changed - they always say "it'll be corrected on the next bill" - needless to say it never is. Last time I phoned (December 2024) the person I spoke to increased my monthly bill, yet (predictably) failed to resolve the issue - so predictable, it's actually pathetic..

This is now resolved. I ended up making another complaint; which wasn't resolved but then I realised that you can reopen old complaints online - kept reopening the same complaint until it was resolved and today - finally. I have a bill with the correct title.
