They where given all the legal paperwork to change my name and title but they did it wrong. And it's still not been updated correctly, over a  year later.

someone answered the post put up a few days ago. But they where no help at all. Just wondering if you ever got them to change your title. I have lost the battle with them.

I've phoned BT 5 times over 2 years trying to get my title changed - they always say "it'll be corrected on the next bill" - needless to say it never is. Last time I phoned (December 2024) the person I spoke to increased my monthly bill, yet (predictably) failed to resolve the issue - so predictable, it's actually pathetic..
