I got True Fibre installed into the house by BT, I have no idea were your staff put the old smart hub, or took it with them. BT have now charged me £60 because I haven't returned it

I am sorry that you've been charged for not returning the Smart Hub. Give my colleagues in the helpdesk a call on 0330 1234 150 and one of the guys should be able to help you sort this out.

Thank you for contacting me. I regret to inform you that despite my repeated attempts to get in touch with BT, they have not yet responded to my query. According to their assurance, someone should have contacted me by now, but it seems they have not followed through on their promise.
