Has anyone else been charged for a router that has previously been returned? When reviewing my recent bills, I notice I have been charged in my January bill for £50 for a non-returned router, which was sent back to BT in November '22.
Does anyone know how this can be remedied? I've had no luck with answers from the help chat service.
