Multiple accounts

I've just signed up for broadband, after signing up again I now have what looks like three acounts, is there a way of removing the old two.

Try a Message to the chat team Broadband | BT Help for billing and they will be able to complete this for you . Post back and let me know how you get on.

Couldn't get passed the security question so no help. Asked me for a landline number which I don't have.

Hi @robj20, thanks for getting in touch. The old accounts should now be removed from your BTID. Please would you test at your end and let me know how you get on?
