Afternoon.
I have been sent multiple emails asking me
to return kit or I shall be charged.
Initially I sent kit back, but unfortunately it was the wrong piece (my fault), so I contacted the bt team on chat to request another bag. I have tried this several times. I also tried calling but got cut off.
After still not receiving a new bag, I have had ANOTHER email this morning saying I am being charged £89.00 for not returning kit.
I HAVE TRIED!!!
Please advise.

I am sorry for the problems you're having arranging a returns kit and that you're now being told you'll be charged. I appreciate you trying to call us to get the returns kit ordered.
