Charges for my iPhone

I made a call to my bank yesterday on my iPhone, because I have a pay as you go system for charges on my land line... I have been charged £9 by BT for making this call on my iphone? This can't be right?... can it?

Certainly doesn't sound right at all.

The only way I could think of you getting a charge would be by WiFi calling but even that doesn't sound right.

I called my bank on an 0345 number which I used my iPhone for. How it got routed through my BT account I don't know. I'll call into my local BT shop as ask them what's going on.
