Switching Team Email

Hi

I have just moved over to EE broadband and they are buying me out of my virgin media broadband they have given me an email address to email my last bill to them but the email keeps being bounced back. The email I was give is btswitchesteam@bt.com, can anyone advise if there is a different email.
