Claim BT reward

Hi I’ve been sent link numerous times to claim my BT reward card and every time I follow the link it takes me to my account and there is no option to claim reward. Can anyone help?

In case you are unaware, you need to be out of the 14 day cooling off period before you can claim.

Yeah 14 days has passed, managed to get it sorted via web chat. Thanks for the reply
