Looking for help claiming a rewards card .
When I click on the link and sign in there are no rewards showing for my account .
I do have a number of older accounts still showing under my email address so not sure if this is the problem.
any help appreciated.

Thanks for posting about the reward card. The quickest way to get this sorted would be to contact our customer services on 0330 1234 150. Can you try that and let me know how it goes?

Was hoping to avoid telephone calls tbh as tend to turn into long drawn out frustrations. If that's whats required though will try to make time tomorrow.
Hi contacted the number provided at a cost to myself to be advised should of been provided with a free phone number. Information provided on call contradicts the reward info available on website and the info on the call and website contradicts and the detail contained within multiple texts received regarding award being available. Long story short will be cancelling within allowed 14 day period. Well below my service expectations for what should be simply processes.

Thanks for posting back, sorry about that bit of a typo on the number, and apologies that when you did call in you got different information.
The old accounts do provide a block for claiming the reward card online which we've fed back. The quickest solution I can offer is if you have an alternative email to create a new BT ID using this link Create BT ID and your new account number.
With only one account on this new BT ID the correct card should be able to be claimed.
