Hi, had this email with a link to claim the compensation. After choosing the correct account number I get to a page showing me in essence the process scripted for your helpdesk.
There are no options on how to claim the compensation.

Hi @drummerbod, sorry you're having trouble claiming your compensation.
As you've more than 1 account on your BTID this is probably the cause. You can call the number on the email and the team will arrange this for you.
If you only have 1 active account we can remove the old accounts for you. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll help you with this.

The link provided for the claim still shows the old accounts... though I can't choose them. Still same issue though when continuing to claim.

However, if I login to MyBT, I only have the one account.
