Claiming bt reward
I have recently changed broadband providers to BT and with this was due to receive a rewards card for £75.
i have had texts and email links to say I can claim the reward, however when I click on the link nothing appears in my profile.
I can click claim reward but there is no other link after that.
Can someone please point me in the right direction of how to claim my reward card?

i have been trying weekly to claim the reward, I waited until it was activated to try again snd still no luck

You have to wait 14 days after your service is active before its issued, but you can normally claim it beforehand.
Did you go to this page and follow the instructions?

If you still have issues claiming it,
Select the 'message now' option on this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband to have a live chat with a billing guide, they can do it for you.

Then use the "Message Now" option I posted, as they are the only people who can sort this out.
This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers and will not be able to deal with any issues relating to your account.

if your activation date was at least 14 days ago to allow for cooling off then try message now and ask billing to help
