How can I communicate with BT when I am overseas with no signal when their only means is via phone ?
Looks like a login issue so they are sending me sms but of course I don’t get them as no signal. Why don’t they offer an alternative like email?

During working hours most of our departments can be contacted via live chat if phoning our international number +44 150 174 7714 isn't suitable.
