Can someone advise how and when compensation due to loss of service is paid? Not had any communication from BT about it. I understand that it's an automatic credit but my latest bill is for the usual payment. We were off for 3 weeks following Storm Eowyn. Thanks in anticipation.

as your system was restored less than 2 weeks ago it possibly missed the billing cycle but I would expect the automatic compensation to be in your next bill. you try contacting billing using message now and see if they can clarify
