After 6 weeks,,4 hours on the phone and 3 failed engineer visits still no Bt line in place for my 97 year old mother- BT are utterly useless and the only option is to phone again- will be reporting to OFCOm soon
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
