Complaint

How do you make a complaint to these guys? They have you running around in circles. Trying to ask for discount off next bill as my 'unbreakable' broadband is broken and could be 4/5 days before I get back online

Hi @Stevefos, welcome to the forum and sorry you're having a fault with the broadband service.

Compensation will be applied automatically for a total loss of service. Check out: Automatic Compensation | BT Help
