Please can a moderator contact me about a complaint. I tried to log one on the phone tonight (not received confirmation that the complaint is logged) and the bot thing is useless. I’m at my wits end…with an unmet commitment date of 15/4, 4th engineer visit now arranged and no home internet!

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers and will not be able to deal with any issues relating to your account.
The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help, when everything else has been tried.
Provision delays are very common, and are usually down to Openreach issues.
Select the 'message now' option on this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband to have a live chat with a billing guide, they should be able to give you an update.
