I've just received notification that I can activate my Xbox game pass, however the option is not showing when I select the manage products option. I do have 2 account numbers linked to my BT ID, which appears to be the issue with other users. Can anyone help?

try CS 03301234150 or try billing https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband they should be able to remove old account
