In April 2024 I had the location of the socket changed, BT initially decided this was a new connection and changed my contract date. Later they agreed it was just a socket location change but didn't revert to my old contract end date.
I can't find any help on this and the new telephone service is a mess, any help on how to make contact or resolve this would be much appreciated.
