Contract up for renewal

Hello

I have received an email saying my contract is up for renewal.

I currently have fibre 2, 700 minutes call package and TNT Sports.

 

When I go to my BT page there is the option to choose which broadband I want with a "checkout now " button below.

Do I not have the option to include my calling plan and Sports package? Or do they keep rolling on?

I still want to keep my call minutes package and TNT Sports. Will they continue or will I lose them if I check out? Very confused. I wish they had a "add to basket" button, so I know that I can add my calling plan and TNT Sports as well.

I would suggest you phone retentions team and see what you can negotiate ensuring you add TNT sports but the 700 min package is no longer available it is either PAYG or unlimited minutes  08007831401

make sure you know what BT current offers are and what other ISP are offering to help with negotiations
