"Once you place your order you can cancel anytime up to 14 days after your service starts, or when you receive your equipment (whichever is later)."

Remember though if you cancel the contract it'll be up to you to ensure that your previous service is not withdrawn!

14 days unless you have certain BT Sport subscriptions like BT Sport on Sky, they have no cooling off period.
