I have seen a few people posting about the reward cards we should get once we have completed a purchase, but they haven't been able to access the reward.
I am having the same problem. My broadband has now been live for over 3 weeks, nearly 4. I have had my email to try and obtain the reward card but every time I try, it fails to open correctly. Tried numerous times and on different web browsers but nothing is working.
Can anyone provide any assistance please?
