Hi, I recently switched from a package with 700 free minutes to a Full Fibre 100 with Complete Wi-Fi and pay as you go calls.
I have been told by two different advisors the cost of calls to 0800, 0871, 0845, 0808 and 03 numbers are all chargeable, the only free call is to 999. The second advisor gave me conflicting information, all the above are free on Pay as You GO. I can't find anywhere on BT.com which advisor is correct and also there used to be a "Contact page" where you could e-mail BT with issues, this appears to be gone.
It would be great if someone in the Community could point me a page on BT.com where this info is displayed.
Thanks

Far better to use a mobile for outgoing calls as most plans have unlimited minutes.
