Landline Usage function

Hi- I used to be able to log in to my BT account and view my landline usage ‘live’- but now I can only look back over the previous month. When I try to view current usage I get this message- ‘fetching the authorisation token’. Is this happening to anyone else? Any ideas what’s causing this? Thanks 😊
