Hi everyone,
I am trying to create a BT ID account, so that I can turn off my paper statements.
I have never had a BT ID account before. I have never needed one.
When I click on the link it recognises my account ID (from the paper phone bill), but when I ask to set up a BT ID account it tries to send an email to an @btinternet email account that I have not used for years, and have no access to.
How do I get it to send the email to a new email address?
I tried calling their help line, but I was kept on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up.
