Issue claiming virtual reward card

Hi,

I claimed the £75 virtual reward card on the 26th January , but haven't received it yet. When I click on track my rewards it just goes to a broken web page where I can't do anything. I've called bt several times and spoken to the rewards team, but nothing gets resolved and its back to square one.  Can anyone help at all? Thanks

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you haven't received your BT Reward Card.

If you already claimed the reward card as per - Claiming your BT Reward Card, you'll need to contact Pure Card on 0344 879 1068 or by email bt@purecard.com and they'll be able to chase this for you.
