Has anyone else had the experience of a deadlock letter and how long you have waited for one please? I have been told that I will be sent one within a couple of days but on reading some post on here it seems that is not always the case.

When you reach deadlock, the letter is then wrote with the information needed, then printed and posted, it can take a 7-10 days, if after that time you don't have the letter you can call the number you were provided with the Executive Customer Resolution team, it can be resent if required.
