Hi, i just recently moved into a flat, i ordered a smart hub 2 on the 9th of march. The activation date was on the 23rd but that didn’t go live so i called them. They said its an issue with openreach and everytime i call them they keep telling me no later than 24 - 48 hours but its still not being activated and i really need internet. I dont know what to do anymore since they keep telling me wrong dates everytime. Any advice please?
Hi @Ionut, welcome to the forum, and thanks for your post. I'm sorry that the broadband connection has been delayed at your new address as I know how frustrating it can be.
Do you know if you are getting a Full Fibre broadband connection?
