Hi,

I'm trying to activate Xbox game pass subscription on my BT ID, however it's not letting me because of an old account I have linked to my BT ID. 

Can you remove the account from my BT ID ending 716 please. This account was for BT sports years ago.

@JohnC2 I believe u ha e resolved this with others in the past. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Clarkb7 it's down for maintenance at the moment so removing the old account won't make a difference. I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team we can send off a request to the Xbox team to activate your game pass.
