I have just had fibre broadband and when i log in to my bt it says i cannot view my bills or anything to do with my account. I have checked the account tab and it says i have two accounts. I phoned bt and they said they had deleted the old account which had a different postcode to mine and a different address which is nothing to do with me... from 2009 which i know nothing about. I have left it more than 48 hours for changes to come into affect and nothing has changed . I still cannot access my bills on my bt app or website. Can someone help ? Many thanks
The woman i spoke to said her manager had deleted it and would take 48 hrs to delete. As it came up as a totally different postcode to mine and was basically an old account from 2009 which was nothing to do with me. Which is weird.
