Whilst my mother was living on her own I was an account manager for her BT account. She is no longer in the same property and she no longer has a BT phone. I would like to remove myself as an account manager so that I don't get her account showing in my list of accounts. How do I do it? I also have an old account which I would like deleted - how do I do that?
