Dementia
I am trying to help a neighbour whos husband has dementia. He has signed up to a new contract at doube the price of their previous contract. They don't need this and can't afford it. I spent an hour on the phone yesterday from their house with my the husband giving permission to the bt hut to speak to me. He was rude and said there was nothing he could do. The contract is 24months. How can I help them. Its causing huge distress

Under certain conditions detailed in the link below there is home essentials broadband and phone but I am not sure if these conditions would
