What is your normal payment £43.80 and it’s the next bill estimate at £60.41 that is abnormal, or £43.80 is more than you usually pay and that’s the issue ?
TBH , the so called features of Halo 1 you have posted an image of are pretty standard features for regular F1 or F2 customers, ( unlimited broadband is standard , UK staff , WiFi hot spots , web protect etc are also standard as far as I know ) from the original post I assumed it must have been Halo 3+ that had been added without you agreeing to it , as that has other features that do cost a considerable amount (around £20 ) , Halo 1 shouldn’t add much or anything to the standard price.
One of images shows an ‘upgrade’ button, which suggests that Halo 1 was an option to add , did you press that ‘ upgrade’ button ?
Its not clear if you have spoken to BT , but as suggested you need to do so sooner rather than later
