Wonder why the BT website is the most tortuous to navigate that can possibly exist, in particular to make contact, do they even have an e-mail address?
Although no longer an BT customer I get a half yearly charge of £5.62 taken by DD that I would just like to know what for.
If you click on the my BT link along the top right hand side of the website you can login to your account and should see your bills etc from there

"Contact BT" at the bottom of every page on the website might help.
