Direct debit nearly doubled?

Well, I am paying by Direct debit and my bill is 22.99£  at least in the last two months. Now in March is £59.42 and it shows next bill will be £49.18? Is this a joke or there is a price increase of 100% after March 2023?

Perhaps your contract has ended, and you have lost any discounts?

I changed my address but never agreed for such a monthly amount. Seems like I need to spend a good amount of time on the phone tomorrow

... I guess you're right. Joined BT after being with Virgin for about 8 years and the new contract with BT seemed to be right but then two months later had to change my address.. now two months after joining the price is doubled because of this change - clever move from BT. So I could benefit from the discounted price only two months.
