Duplicate account interferes with the billing

Hi,

I left BT 6 years ago. I have just come back, but with a new account.  Unfortunately my old account has never been deleted and now interferes with my new account when I log in or trying to vew the bill. BT is also trying to charge me twice within a month due to the duplicate account. 

Please help me to cancel/delete my old account.
