Re: EE change over

I cancelled the sports package in June 2024 as I retired and couldn’t afford it.  I was told that BT is now EE so didn’t have to do anything. A year later I was contacted to ask if I wanted to upgrade my broadband. They told me that I was still paying BT £109 a month and EE £55 a month. After looking into it they turned off BT broadband and the EE package was not working. An engineer came round and said you only have copper connection so downloads are half speed I had with BT for the same sort of price. Not happy but hopefully it is being sorted as I type
