Engineer Visit Status: Cancelled

Hi,

I have recently upgraded my broadband to Full Fibre (1000mb) and I received an email confirmation a few days ago. When I go to 'Track Orders' it shows me that I will receive the C to P welcome package on the 12th March, however the status of the engineer visit is 'cancelled' which was scheduled for the 14th March. What does this mean? Will I be upgraded to full fibre or not? Will the engineer show up?
