Engineer appointment

i have sat in today Sunday 23rd October now waiting for an BT Engineer to call the visit was booked between 12 and 2pm so fat it's now 3pm and no one has arrived not even a text or call to explain why he has not visited and why he is over an hour late

Call BT 0800.800.150 and ask for an update.

thanks for that advice 

i have rang the number and the operator as good as he was and trying to be helpful could not give me an update on the Engineer as he said he could not get hold of any one or the Engineer to ask for an update so I'm just waiting apparently they make house call till 6pm so i have to just sit in doors waiting
